APPEARING IN PERSON:  Colman Andrews, biographer of Ferran Adria; George Mendes of Aldea; Otger Campas, founder of Harvard's "Cooking & Science" course; Paras Shah, Sous Chef at La Fonda Del Sol; and, Dave Arnold, Director of Culinary Technology at the French Culinary Institute

In 2008, he served as a scientific consultant for Ferran Adria's workshop, elBulli Taller.

He is currently raising funds for the creation of a New York-based Museum of Food and Drink and starting a new cooking equipment company with Momofuku's David Chang.
